I didn't realize I was going to need the smallest unit you had for a few (3) days. It would have been nice had some Favor come my way for even choosing you. Instead, I had to pay the full months unit for only 3 days used with absolutely no kind of reimbursement whatsoever. Contrary to the U-haul I rented for an entire day and a size I didn't need; I had the truck for 3 hours and was given a full refund. Your policy, protocol should be adjusted. I will NEVER use you again and will warn and defer others to a more "business friendly and accommodating" storage facility. Boo and thumbs down to Public Storage. You totally pulled a fast cash transaction on me! God Bless You despite yourselves.
